Please Note: For any reason a second engineer would have to be called out to assist the main engineer on site; the second engineers hourly rate will be discounted to half price. Any materials purchased by the company, for example: Acid Chemicals/ Drain & Pipe De-scaler or any Plumbing Pipework will incur a 20% mark-up fee on the materials cost.

Service Times & Price (ex VAT)

• Rate 1 – per hour: 8am – 5pm

• Rate 2 – per hour: 5pm – 9pm (OUT OF HOURS)

• Rate 3 – per hour: 9pm – 7am (OUT OF HOURS)

Weekend Hours

• Saturday & Sunday Rate 2 – 8am – 5pm

• Saturday & Sunday Rate 3 – 5pm – 7am
